Our payment structure is set up to ensure that as you grow as a stylist, you will be strong in all of the behaviors needed to sustain your forward movement. New stylist start with a competitive hourly wage. Upon moving to commission, stylist can increase their income with price increase opportunities. We coach our stylist towards being as successful as they want to be and we give them the tools to make it happen.
